• About Us: The Spring Scramble 5K is one of several community outreach programs organized by the UAB Pediatrics Residency Program through our Community, Outreach and Advocacy Program (Coat of Arms). 2012 marks our 6th year and we are thankful for the support of the local running community, Children's of Alabama, and our sponsors for making our event a success!


• In addition to promoting healthy lifestyle choices among our community's youth, our goal is to raise funds to support a cause directly related to the health and well-being of the children in our community. This year we are excited to once again be supporting the Children's Center for Weight Management.
